You know, there are easier ways to get a guy's attention. I know I'm not the easiest guy to get a hold of, but you could try the old fashioned way, and put something up on the sky. Leave a message on a wall, or anything that doesn't include zapping me into space.

Don't get me wrong. I appreciate you saving my ass and all, but I don't do the whole "space travel" thing any more. Though something tells me you're not going to take "no" for an answer, are you?

[Jason blathers away into the device he discovered, hoping it grabs the attention of whoever is responsible for him being here. Maybe it will distract them and keep them from collecting him right away. In the meantime, he's making his way through the different floors of the Barge, trying to gather anything he can turn into a weapon and gain some information on his current whereabouts.]

[She can't help but stare, even as a smile tugs at her lips. This is different than the network; he's here, right in front of her.

Jason Todd. Robin. Tall and strong and alive.

Her voice cracks a little.]

[Her words get a small smile out of him. Out of everyone he met back in his days as Robin, Babs was one of his favorites. He always wished they would have gotten to spend more time together, maybe they can now.]

Going for a swim? I could use some unwinding if you want company.

Yeah. [She nods towards the upper levels.] I can let you in, if you're an Inmate.

[The Jason she talked to before probably would be, but she doesn't want to assume.]

[Smirks at her and begins to head towards the upper levels.]

Apparently I've been brought here because I've made poor life choices and the Admiral thinks I deserve a second chance. I can already tell debating morality with the Admiral would be a waste of time.

[Barbara smirks back wryly as she goes with him.] Debating anything with the Admiral is a waste of time, unless you like cookies.

The cave can fit in this place? [Shakes his head. The more he learns about the Barge, the less sense it makes.]

I do like cookies. [Studies her as the two of them move towards the pool.]

I'm guessing by your reaction, you're from before I return to the land of the living, huh?

It's [he opens his communicator to show Jason buttons and pieces of string, before he puts it back together.] technology far beyond anything I've encountered. Nobody seems to know anything about how it actually works. [= it won't be falling into the wrong hands any time soon.]

Why am I not surprised? I have some surveillance equipment stored away, as well as a few computer programs. Doubt the programs will be of much good here, but my other equipment might be.

[The smirk on his lips takes on a dangerous quality. From what he's been told, he's stuck in the middle of space with a boat filled with criminals. Some might deserve a second chance, while others deserve nothing more than a bullet in between their eyes. He might not have his guns with him, but that doesn't mean he's weaponless.

The reason he wants to go to the kitchen is because he's hoping to come across cleaning supplies that he can use to make a couple of explosives. Knowing she's reading him at the moment, he derails those thoughts for the time being.]

From what I've gathered, the only person who is going to care about what I do is my warden.

[The smirk says enough, but then he goes and tells her everything with his body and and now she's the one grinning and it shows through the cowl. He caught it, tried to cover it up, and almost no one thinks to do that.]
